Ventilation, air recirculation and cooling make a house in a warm climate much more pleasant and arguably healthier.

Air conditioning is a way of doing this but it is expensive to buy and uses a lot of electricity in addition to drying out the air. Using the A/C for 1 hour a day can cost $720ECX per year.

There are a few design ideas which aid these subjects that don’t have to cost a lot of money to install if done at the start.
